Eco Homes Code Assessors

The Code for Sustainable Homes was launched in December 2006 and replaces BRE’s EcoHomes© scheme.

The Code for Sustainable Homes will become the single national standard in all new developments by rating the key elements of design and construction which affect sustainability and efficiency, used by architects, builders and by the consumer in helping them decide on their next home.
