What is the process and what are the cost implications?
BRE (British Research Establishment) have a network of registered independent assessors.
As licensed assessors 3Dee Limited would;
Conduct initial design stage assessments
where together we would agree upon an intended rating, what would be required to achieve this, discuss cost implications (if any) and the benefits/selling points, when we are agreed and I can see that the rating is achievable the development would become registered and the design stage assessment would commence, once complete you would receive an Interim Code Certificate.
Ongoing consultation
we will be available throughout the process if required.
Post completion
We will perform a post completion check to verify the rating before the final Code Certificate is issued, showing the overall sustainability rating of the home and how this rating was achieved.
Achieving level three is not at all difficult and need not increase the cost of your development, 3Dee Ltd are duel disciplined we have been arranging development funding for our clients for a number of years hence we are no strangers to profit margins and insuring that our developers continue to build.
