Mandatory: No

Aim: To encourage the provision of energy efficient internal lighting, thus reducing the CO2 emissions from the dwelling.

Criteria:
Lighting Provision Credits:
Where 40% or more of fixed internal fittings are dedicated and energy efficient: 1 Credit
Where 75% or more of fixed internal fittings are dedicated and energy efficient: 2 Credits
