Aim: To encourage the use of materials with lower environmental impacts over their lifecycle.
Credit Criteria
Credits are awarded on the following basis:
Credits Mandatory
Where at least three of the following five key elements
achieve a relevant Green Guide rating from the 2007 version
of The Green Guide of A+ to D:
• Roof
• External Walls
• Internal Walls (including separating walls)
• Upper and Ground Floors (including separating floors)
• Windows
